From the Game Developers Conference: In mid-May, Nintendo will unveil WiiWare, an online service/platform for third party developers to build for the console.

No one ever said making money gaming was always going to be easy. This will be a great opportunity for a developer who is willing to invest some time into creating something unique/valuable for the Wii game system. Gaming is a billion dollar industry (actually has overtaken the movie industry, according to some measures), and this is just one opportunity for a hard worker to figure out how to make some money.

Creating something for this platform would, no doubt, take time. But if you’re looking to become a big time developer, build a name for yourself, and make money with video games, this is going to be huge opportunity.
